Our Multidisciplinary Team
Recovery after an amputation or upper-extremity injury doesn’t just involve one doctor, one surgery, or one prosthetic—it takes a team. That’s why ARMS brings together four highly specialized centers, working as one seamless care ecosystem to provide surgery, therapy, prosthetic solutions, and mental health support under one coordinated plan.

The Amputation Care Team Guiding Your Recovery
Here, you’ll never feel like you’re navigating recovery alone. Our multidisciplinary limb loss specialists work together, ensuring that every step of your journey, from surgery to rehabilitation, prosthetic training, and emotional support, is designed to help you heal, adapt, and regain independence with confidence.

The Center for Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery
Advanced reconstructive surgery, nerve repair, and limb salvage
Our surgeons specialize in complex upper-extremity microsurgery procedures, working closely with your rehabilitation and prosthetic teams to restore function and optimize outcomes.

Atlantic Hand Therapy Center
Specialized rehabilitation for strength, mobility, and prosthetic training
Our certified hand therapists (CHTs) focus on post-surgical recovery, strength-building, and prosthetic adaptation, helping patients regain function and confidence at every stage of healing.
The Hanger Clinic
Prosthetic solutions designed for movement and independence
Our prosthetists provide expert fittings, training, and long-term prosthetic care for various prosthetic devices, from custom upper-limb prosthetics to advanced myoelectric and bionic devices.

Emotional healing is just as important as physical recovery. Our behavioral health team provides supportive mental health care to give patients and caregivers the emotional resilience they need to move forward.
