Alta Fried, CHT, OTR/L
Alta Fried knows firsthand the life-changing power of hand therapy. After experiencing a severe hand injury in a rollover accident, she endured a long and grueling rehabilitation process—one that ultimately ignited her passion for hand therapy.
Now, as Founder and Hand Therapy Director of Atlantic Hand Therapy Center, Alta brings that same dedication and empathy to every patient’s recovery journey.
With a deep understanding of complex hand injuries, post-surgical recovery, and rehabilitation, Alta has devoted her career to helping others regain function, independence, and confidence, just as she once did.
